We have represented a number of candidates. Most notably, Warren was paid to represent 2008 Presidential candidate Ron Paul before the New York State Board of Elections. He also represented, pro bono, Eric Sundwall (2009 and 2006 congressional candidate) and Steven Vasquez (2008 Republican congressional candidate). Warren ran for Congress in 2004 and 2006, and was elected in 2007 to the Guilderland Town Board.

New York Election Law on petitioning is extremely detailed.
One key mistake can keep you off the ballot.
A good attorney will advise you and your volunteers how to do petitions the right way.

Campaign Finance

Campaign finance involves both legal and political aspects.
First, you have to figure out how you're going to pay for your campaign.
Most successful campaigns require spending money. Either you're going
to finance the campaign yourself or you're going to raise money from others.
